Twelve indictments and a conviction expedited: these are the decisions taken by the GUP Rosalba Liso at the conclusion of the preliminary hearing for the death of Stephen Cucchi on 22 October 2009 Pertini Hospital of Rome, six days after being arrested for drugs. At the hearing, the preliminary hearing judge thus has indicted three police officers and prison nine people including doctors and nurses of the hospital Sandro Pertini.
