was born in Sucre in 1957 and currently resides in Barrie for 30 years. BA in Philology and Languages at the University of the Atlantic, Management Specialist and Cultural Management at the University of North Masters in Communication from the Universidad del Norte. Poet, publicist, journalist, cultural, cultural administrator and professor of Semiotics and Communication of the Universidad del Norte.
has been director of the Institute of Culture of Barranquilla, Minister of Culture and Heritage of the Atlantic, director of the Caribbean Pilot Library, editor and publisher of the magazine research, art and culture Víacuarenta, director of the Oral Astrolabios Magazine, and is currently a cultural adviser to the Corporation Luis Eduardo Nieto Arteta of Barranquilla.
